Terms and Conditions MGP88 – Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to MGP88. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and MGP88 as the platform operator. • Account sharing: Allowing others to access or use your account, or accessing another person's account.

MGP88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated period
• Request from legal authorities
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure)

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the MGP88 support team via live chat. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
